At PrintForge, we are committed to providing high quality, custom 3D printed products that exceed your expectations. Our team of skilled professionals ensures each item is carefully handcrafted using state of the art 3D printers. As a result, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following product return policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

General return policy

Certain PrintForge products are made to order. This means each item is individually produced according to your specific request, including personalized designs, unique creations, and product bundles. As such, our products are non refundable unless they meet specific criteria outlined below.

Conditions for returns

We take pride in the quality of our work and aim to deliver perfect products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we want to address the issue promptly. Returns are only allowed under the following conditions:

  • Product defects or damage: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before proceeding with the return process. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
  • Sigil or branding integrity: If the sigils (logos, markings, or other identifying features) on the product are compromised or removed during shipping, we will consider this a valid reason for return. We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the authenticity and integrity of the sigil. If the sigil is intact, the product is considered as delivered.
  • Shipping damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, you must report the damage within 2 days of receiving the product. We will need to review photos of the packaging and the product to assess the condition of the item. In cases of shipping damage, we will work with our carrier to resolve the situation and offer a replacement or full refund.
Return process

If your product meets one of the conditions outlined above, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Step 1, contact us: Contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe mentioned above. Provide the following details:
  • Your order number (check email)
  • A detailed description of the issue (damage, defect, etc.)
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • The packaging condition (if the issue is related to shipping)
  • Step 2, review and approval: Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will assess the situation. We may ask for additional information or clarification before approving the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  • Step 3, return shipment: We will provide you with a return address and, in some cases, a prepaid shipping label for damaged or defective products. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation included in the original order.
  • Step 4, product inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the criteria for return. If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or the sigil is compromised, we will process your refund or send a replacement item.
Non returnable products

Due to the custom nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. These include:

  • Products that have been altered or modified in any way after they were delivered.
  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Personalized or custom designed products where the design or specifications have been confirmed by the customer prior to production.
  • Items purchased as part of a promotional offer/bundle or discounted sale.
ℹ️ Refund policy

If your product qualifies for a return, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund period: Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund for a sealed product. After 14 days, the refund is no longer available.
  • Refund timing: Once your return is processed and the item is inspected, you will receive your refund within 5- 15 business days. The refund may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed in cases where a product is damaged, defective, or has compromised sigils or branding. If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or design, please contact our customer service team, and we will discuss the options available based on the issue. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

International returns

We accept returns from customers worldwide, however, international returns may involve additional shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage. Please note that international shipping fees for returns are non refundable.

Exceptions and limitations

PrintForge reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met. In cases of abuse or frequent returns, we may revoke the eligibility for future returns or exchanges.

Important notes
  • Product variations: Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and finish compared to the images shown on our website. These variations do not qualify as defects and will not be accepted as reasons for returns.
  • Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase. Please ensure that the product meets your needs and expectations before ordering.
  • Packaging and handling: Products should be carefully checked upon receipt for any visible damage. If damage is found upon opening, please contact us immediately. Any damages resulting from improper handling or storage of the product by the customer will not be accepted for return.
