How do I purchase and send a Gift Card?

• Select an option (amount) from the Gift Card Amount menu.
• In the To field, enter the recipient’s email address or multiple recipients’ addresses. You can send multiple vouchers of equal value. (Pay close attention to the accuracy of the data, especially the email address(es).)
• In the From field, you can enter any name, nickname, etc. However, we recommend using your real name in case you need support from our team.
• The Message field is optional. Usually, you can write “Happy Birthday” or any other type of message. Please keep it within 500 characters.
• The Quantity field is numeric (1, 2, 3, etc.). If you select 3, for example, you will pay for and send 3 vouchers of equal value to one or more email addresses, depending on what you entered in step 2. (Don’t worry, the website handles everything automatically just ensure the email addresses are entered correctly.)
• Click the Add to Cart button and proceed with the checkout process. After payment confirmation, the recipient will receive the voucher via email. (The entire process takes a maximum of 30 minutes.)

It is very important not to share the promotional code with others, as it is not personalized and can be used by anyone who knows it, for any order.

• The Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, it can only be used for purchasing products on www.printforge.eu.
• Products purchased using a Gift Card (whether paid partially with the Gift Card and the remaining amount via online payment) are subject to the same warranty and return conditions as regular purchases.
• The full value of the Gift Card must be used in a single order. Partial payments are not allowed, and the Gift Card code cannot be used twice.
• If there is a remaining balance to be paid (beyond the value of the Gift Card), it can be covered using any available payment method. Cash on delivery is not available for this type of product, as it is 100% digital.
