Production regime & lead times

We follow a made to order production regime under which each item is manufactured individually upon receiving an order. This model ensures reduced waste, product customization, and optimal use of resources. We do, however, keep a broad range of products in stock as an exception most of which are our most popular items.

  • Standard production time: 24 to 48 hours per item / bundle of items.
  • Maximum production time: Up to 5 business days in certain cases (e.g., large volume orders, custom designs, or peak periods)

Customers are notified of expected production and shipping timelines at checkout. Delays, if any, are communicated promptly.

Material safety & compliance

We are fully authorized and legally permitted to design, produce, and distribute every product listed on our platform. All products are manufactured exclusively by PrintForge, within the EU territory, ensuring compliance with EU regulations regarding product safety and consumer protection.

We exclusively use non toxic, certified safe materials in our production process. Our primary materials include:

  • PLA (polylactic acid) – Biodegradable, food safe, and child safe.
  • PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) – Durable and chemically resistant, free from harmful additives.
  • TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) – Flexible and skin safe when used in applicable designs.

No hazardous or restricted substances are used in any PrintForge product. All items are compliant with European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC where applicable and are safe for general household use and children’s handling.

Intellectual property & design rights

All product designs, STL files, and 3D models displayed on https://old.printforge.eu are:

  • Original creations developed by our internal design team.
  • Licensed or acquired from authorized commercial design sources. (where specified)
  • Not subject to third party copyright infringement.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of our 3D designs or 3D products, whether in physical or digital form, constitutes a severe infringement of our intellectual property rights. Such actions will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil liability, financial penalties, and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any unauthorized use of our 3D designs and products is subject to strict legal enforcement.
