Why verify your product?

Every PrintForge item including full releases, limited editions, and even sample units comes with a unique serial number printed on its warranty card. This serial number acts as the product’s digital fingerprint and ensures you receive a genuine, original PrintForge creation made to our quality standards.

About counterfeits, imitations & fake products

Due to the growing popularity of PrintForge products, the market may unfortunately contain cheap copycats, imitations, or counterfeit items posing as authentic PrintForge creations.

We want to assure you that we are doing everything humanly possible to identify and remove these fake products from the market. We routinely report sellers, request takedowns, and work with platforms where possible. However, the presence of counterfeit goods is not fully under our control, and for this reason:

We cannot be held accountable if you purchase a fake product from an unauthorized seller.

Why you must be logged in

To verify a serial number, you need to be registered and logged in to your PrintForge account. This ensures:

All validation attempts are tied to your account to prevent abuse or fraudulent code checks.

2️⃣ Ownership confirmation
Your account information is privately associated with the serial number you verify.
This data is secure, never public, and used only to confirm ownership in case of warranty claims, shipping issues, or replacements. This allows us to 100% confirm that you own the product when support is needed.

What if my product is missing a warranty card?

The chances of receiving a PrintForge product without a warranty card are under 1%, and historically even lower around 0.3%. Because all products are prepared, assembled, and packed by real humans, not robots, rare mistakes can happen.

Do not worry. Our team can still verify whether your item is legitimate. Simply contact us using the contact form on our website, and once we confirm authenticity, we will issue you a new unique serial number to associate with your product.

How verification works

1. Locate the serial number on your product’s warranty card.
2. Log in to your PrintForge account or create a new one.
3. Enter the serial number into the verification form -> Verify
4. Receive instant results. ➡️ Valid (green text) ➡️ Invalid (red text)

Inside your product’s packaging, you will find its unique serial number (warranty card). Please keep it safe. To confirm your purchase and authenticate your item, log in and verify this code. Verification only needs to be done once if the system confirms it and the status is green, your product is officially authenticated (please note that attempting to validate the same code again will return it as invalid). It serves as your official proof of owning a genuine PrintForge product.

Verification outcomes & indicators

✅ Valid (green text)

A valid result will display a green confirmation message, indicating this is the first successful activation of your serial number. Green text confirms that your product is genuine and 100% authentic.

⚠️ Already activated  (red text + warning symbol)

If the serial number has been activated before, the result appears in red with a warning icon. Each PrintForge serial number is unique, and only the first verification should be green. If you did not perform the initial activation, the product may not be authentic.

⛔ Invalid (red text)

If the serial number does not exist in our system, the text will appear in red, indicating the code is not recognized.

Verification interval & system protection

To maintain system integrity and prevent automated abuse, verifications are limited to one check every 5 minutes per account. If you receive a busy message, simply try again shortly.
