To ensure a swift and efficient return process, it is essential that the items being returned are in the same condition as when they were initially received. Kindly complete the product return form in its entirety, providing accurate information, and our team will strive to process your request as promptly as possible. Please have the order number, which was sent to you via email, readily available. Additionally, make sure to review any applicable transport restrictions and conditions prior to initiating the return.
Returned products must retain their original, unaltered labels and seals, along with the original warranty certificate, as well as any documentation that accompanied the product. Furthermore, the product must include all accessories or complimentary items that were originally included in the delivery. Any missing items may result in the invalidation of the return request. In the case of multiple purchases of identical products, if you wish to return all of them, please ensure that only one has been unsealed.
Returns for other products will only be accepted if they are still sealed. Products that exhibit signs of tampering, wear and tear, excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, or damage resulting from mechanical or electrical shocks will not be accepted. Additionally, any missing accessories will disqualify the return. If the returned package contains items that do not match those listed in the return form, the return will be rejected after the courier’s inspection.
