Warranty coverage
We offer a two year limited warranty on all 3D printed products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Claim process

Shipping costs for warranty claims
Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product(s) for warranty evaluation. We provide warranty services for all customers at our manufacturing warehouse in Romania.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for warranty evaluation.
- Repaired/replacement product: If a product is found to be defective and covered under the warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
- No fault found: If the product is found to have no defects or issues, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
