Product description

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur. PrintForge™ does not guarantee that all product images perfectly match the final delivered product.

Orders & payment

  • Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, International bank transfer, Google/Apple pay and other secure payment gateways.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues, by accepting these terms, you agree to comply fully.

Shipping & risk of loss

  • We ship worldwide, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • PrintForge™ is not responsible for customs duties, extra taxes or local taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

  • Due to the nature of 3D printed products, we do not accept returns unless the product is factory defective.
  • If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence, informations or videos.
  • Refunds or replacements will will be issued upon claim approval, within a maximum of 10 days.

Account registration & use

  • Users may create an account to access additional features and track orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of use.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another individual or entity.
